Business Development Officer
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic youngsters (both Male and Female) to join our team as Business Development Officers in each Taluk area. The role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are keen on building a career in business development and are passionate about working in a challenging and rewarding environment.
As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting clients in person by traveling within the Taluk, building strong relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
Salary and Benefits:
During the initial 3 months of the training period, you will receive a stipend of INR 10,000 per month. After successful completion of the training, you will be offered a salary in the range of INR 15,000 to INR 30,000 per month depending on your performance. Additionally, you will be provided with a traveling allowance as per company policy.
A bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university. Qualification requirements may be excused if you possess the necessary skillsets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across the taluk to meet clients in person.
Willingness to work smart to achieve business growth.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Knowledge of the latest trends in finance and technology.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be a resident of the Taluk.
